RETURNS

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, returns are possible.
To return an item, you have 20 days after receiving your order to return it, provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. The items must be returned in original tags and accompanying, unused packaging that includes proof of purchase.

  2. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  3. The return must be accompanied by a completed return form.

  4. Sale items, accessories, and swimwear cannot be returned.

  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Grace & James reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or that have been used or damaged.


HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If your order meets the conditions above, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Send an email to support@gracejamesboutique.com

  2. Include the following information:

    • Order number

    • Name

    • Reason for return (or photo if damaged)

    • Desired resolution (exchange or refund)

Once we receive your request, we will contact you and provide the correct return address.

Important: Make sure to include your order number and address on the package.
Failing to provide the correct return location may result in delays.


CANCELLATION (STORNOBAU)

Consumers have the legal right to withdraw under the following conditions.
If you cancel without a return being initiated, the cancellation has no impact unless expressly confirmed by the customer service department.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Grace & James of your decision via a clear statement (for example, by email). The return form may be used but is not required.


HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email support@gracejamesboutique.com with your statement (e.g., written email) about your decision to withdraw from the purchase. Once confirmed, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Returns must be sent back within 14 days after you inform us of your withdrawal.


IMPORTANT FOR SHIPMENTS IN TRANSIT

Our goods travel at your risk. All returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused. Products that have been worn, soiled, damaged, or washed cannot be accepted. Incomplete returns or missing items will delay or nullify your refund.


CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you cancel the purchase, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs, except for additional costs incurred if you selected a non-standard shipping method. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will only be made after the returned items have been received and inspected. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.


IMPORTANT NOTE

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
